The Family Resource Center offers the following services at no cost to anyone in Blair County:

Parents as Teachers Program

A home visitation program for families of children ages birth through five provided by certified parent educators. This program includes parenting enhancement, developmental information and early literacy.

Group Activities

Parenting classes; grade school tutoring; on and off site craft & story hours

Information and Referral

Help in networking with human services agencies, schools, health care facilities, housing and other community services.

Volunteer Opportunities

The chance to help families and the community by offering your time and talent.
