Insurance:    Dr. West is a provider for a number of Magellan HMOs, and is a licensed psychologist which allows for insurance reimbursement for all non HMO plans that have a mental health benefit. Services provided by Dr. Haupt and Ms. Botner would also be reimbursable under the supervision of Dr. West.

Adoption Experience:  Currently treating 5 adoptive families. Dr. West worked for more than ten years with youngsters in foster care, residential centers, and in adoptive families. Currently in private practice, she provides both family and individual therapy, along with EEG biofeedback (neurofeedback), for children with anxiety and attachment issues as well as Reactive Attachment Disorder. Dr. Haupt focused her dissertation on adoption, and is an adoptive parent herself. Ms. Botner is an expressive arts therapist candidate who is gaining experience working with children diagnosed with Reactive Attachment Disorder and attachment issues.

Adoption Training :    Attach Conferences with trainings by Dan Hughes, Foster Cline, Martha Welch, Sebern Fisher, along with other varied trainings that have involved attachment/adoption, eg SWAN: Dr. West did a ½ day presentation on Reactive Attachment Disorder to the Harrisburg affiliation of clinical social workers 2 years ago.
