We are the Pennsylvania chapter of FRUA. We sponsor social events and orphan outreach programs throughout the year. We also publish information on Eastern European cultural events in Pennsylvania and therapeutic medical and education support for adoptive families .

We have members who have adopted from Belarus, Latvia, and Lithuania in addition to Russia and the Ukraine. Neighboring countries are welcome.
