PIN is a statewide support, advocacy, information and referral resource, and technical assistance center for families of children and adolescents with emotional or behavior disorders. PIN offers support and education through support group meetings, conferences, resources, etc. PIN is not only for adopted parents but for all parents . This group advocates public awareness for chilren’s issues.
