Multi-service agency for children and adults with Cerebral Palsy and other developmental disabilities. There are home-based and center-based early intervention and preschool programs. The Parent Child Program has strong parental involvement. USPA offers recreation, advocacy, information and referral, out of home respite services and vocational training.
