Heart 2 Heart is an alliance of parents and therapists in Western Pennsylvania working to bring healing through education, advocacy and training. We serve adoptive, foster, blended and biological parents living with children experiencing severe behavior caused by the stress and trauma of life. We have families from the domestic and international adoption arena as well as pre-adoptive families. |

We offer families resources, referrals, mental health services, a newsletter and social activities within the community they might otherwise be unable to make a part of their lives.
