Who are we?

TAP is  a non-profit multi-racial adoptive parent support group based in the Delaware Valley region of Pennsylvania. The group was formed  in 1988 and has a special emphasis on special needs adoptions. Many of our members  have special needs experience. Our membership is our strength and we are trying to put the depth of our collective knowledge to work as a resource for adoptive parents.
