Camp Joy is more than a terrific summer camp for people with metal retardation, brain injury, and autism. From October through May, Weekend Getaways provide supervised camp fun while family members enjoy a breather.

Weekend Getaways serve kids and adults of many ability levels, including those who may be incontinent or non-ambulatory. Our adventure getaways are for higher functioning, ambulatory campers: these weekends feature special event excursions.

Getaways begin Friday evening (8 p.m.) and wind down Sunday morning (11 am). Activities include sing-alongs, arts & crafts, outdoor fun, and lots more!

Camp Joy is between Limerick & Schwenksville.

Costs : Weekend Getaways -$240.00, Adventure Getaways - $275.00.
MR/DD agencies may be able to provide financial assistance.
